Hey, This coming Wednesday is setting up to be one of those sessions where the surface story and the real story may not match. On paper, it looks simple. At 2 PM, Fed Chairman Powell speaks. Most investors expect no rate cut.  Most people assume it’s just another scheduled appearance. But what Powell signals about policy going forward could quietly shape expectations for the entire year ahead.  That could move markets before most traders even realize what changed. Then after the closing bell, Tesla reports earnings. Think about that! A major Fed message, followed by one of the most heavily traded stocks in the market reporting within hours, creates a rare pressure point for sentiment. What I’m watching closely is how money positions itself ahead of that collision. When events stack up like this, institutions tend to show their hand early.  And when expectations are calm, the reaction is often anything but.
