The DSA mandates that tech giants like Meta, YouTube, and X MUST censor “illegal content” or else face crushing penalties, all in the name of fighting “hate speech” and “misinformation.”
The problem? They don’t explain what “illegal content” is...just that any European country’s definition applies.
That means the absurd “hate speech” laws that officials have weaponized against Christians across Europe could be used to silence YOU.
And the DSA relies on a bunch of unelected bureaucrats to enforce this wildly censorious law. “Trusted flaggers” oversee the whole system, ensuring compliance and issuing massive penalties on the online platforms if they don’t censor speech that’s out of step with the DSA’s murky standards.

It’s all part of a pattern of increasing censorship in the West—in which faith-based views are often the target. Earlier last year, Europeans trying to access a Bible app on their phones were met with this error message.
