| Welcome back to Kiyosaki's Private Playbook. | First, a brief recap, in case you missed something from the past few days... | In my first email to you, I shared the Private and Early-Market Investment Playbook... to help you understand how to access the same opportunities that institutional investors and the ultra-wealthy use to build generational wealth. These are companies and deals that you can evaluate using the Kiyosaki Scorecard – and potentially invest in today. | Then... I sent you a book that – in my humble opinion – should be on the must-read list of every serious investor who wants to understand where real wealth is built... Robert Kiyosaki's foundational work, Rich Dad's CASHFLOW Quadrant (which you can download – if you haven't already – here). | | (And even if you've read it... it's worth reviewing again... I can't tell you how many times over the decades I've re-read it, and discovered something new every time. And/or: Pass it on to someone you know who's serious about financial freedom!) | And to give you a bit more context about what we're doing here with Kiyosaki's Private Playbook... | A few years before I fully grasped the power of the CASHFLOW Quadrant, I came across a uniquely compelling newsletter – full of insight and ideas that I wasn't finding in the Wall Street Journal or on the evening news. (It was 1994, so the publication had been sent via snail mail... and was professionally printed and bound.) | This publication was my first peek into the world of independent financial research – and more importantly, into how the wealthy really invest. | And, boy, I was hooked. | My eyes were opened to a club of alternative investment ideas and wealth-building strategies. No B.S. and no jargon. Even back then, the "financial-industrial complex" was thriving: Selling their products to unwitting retail investors, who followed along and got mediocre returns while the insiders captured the real gains. | The CASHFLOW Quadrant opened my eyes to what was really going on in the world of investing and finance... and what the people who made the news – rather than those who read and listened to the news – were really doing. | They weren't fighting over stocks on the NASDAQ. They weren't day-trading or chasing hot tips. They were operating in the "I" quadrant – accessing private placements, early-stage deals, and pre-IPO opportunities that regular investors never even hear about. | They were building wealth with other people's money (OPM) and other people's time (OPT) – the fundamental principles that separate the wealthy from everyone else. | And, decades later... I'm excited to be able to share these same strategies with you, with none other than Robert Kiyosaki himself, in Kiyosaki's Private Playbook. | Tomorrow, your first issue will be in your inbox. | | To Your Profits, | Chris Carroll Publisher, Kiyosaki's Private Playbook | | P.S. Anytime you have any thoughts or ideas or feedback... drop me a line at support@kiyosakiresearch.com. I'm always excited to hear from subscribers who are serious about moving to the "I" quadrant. |
