Check Out BRAI While It’s Still Early…

June 17, 2026

Dear Reader,

Three major partnership announcements in ten days.

That's why Krypton Street is putting Braiin Limited (NASDAQ: BRAI) at the very top of this morning's watchlist.

While many market participants remain focused elsewhere, BRAI has quietly entered what may be the most active expansion phase in its history. The company recently announced new developments involving Switchcraft, ClearBank, and its international Living Infrastructure rollout into New Zealand.

At the same time, BRAI is an operating AI platform company generating approximately $85M in annual revenue with positive EBITDA, while trading more than 77% below its 52-week high.

That combination is exactly why Krypton Street will be watching BRAI closely heading into Wednesday morning, June 17, 2026.

Recently, BRAI made an approximate 160% move in less than a week, when it went from around $6.95 on May 20 to $18.59 on May 26.

And according to TipRanks, Allen Klee, an analyst at Maxim Group, just set a $10 target on BRAI, which suggests over 40% upside potential from its recent $7.01 range.

Keep reading to see why BRAI just landed on our radar.

What Braiin Is

Braiin Limited is a global AI platform company headquartered in Western Australia, with offices and operations across seven countries including the United States, Australia, India, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines.

The company completed a direct listing on the Nasdaq Global Market in early 2026.

It is led by CEO Natraj Balasubramanian, a SaaS and AI entrepreneur, alongside President and COO Neil Saligrama and CFO Jay Stephenson. Approximately 800 people work across the organization, including more than 240 dedicated AI and software engineers.

What sets Braiin apart from most names at this price point is that this is an established, operating business — not a concept story.

The company reported approximately $73M in estimated revenue for fiscal year 2025, growing at roughly 30% annually for the past three years, with approximately $11.5M in adjusted EBITDA.

That means positive operating cash flow from the core business — before any contribution from the Living Infrastructure expansion now driving the headline flow.

The company also holds approximately $33M in five-year binding contracts and approximately $112M in non-binding memoranda of understanding, providing contracted forward revenue visibility while the expansion phase accelerates.

Three Verticals Powering the Revenue

Braiin's revenue comes from three AI-powered platforms.

Precision agriculture deploys autonomous robotics, IoT sensors, and machine learning to farm operators across Australia and New Zealand — a segment with long-term contracted revenue and deep operator relationships.

Customer Experience as a Service (CXaaS) delivers AI-powered customer engagement automation, analytics, and workflow orchestration to enterprise clients worldwide.

And property technology — the fastest-growing vertical — is now the centerpiece of the company's global expansion strategy, operating under the Living Infrastructure brand.

Home.cc: The UK Living Infrastructure Platform

The strategic vehicle for Braiin's expansion is the proposed acquisition of Home.cc, a UK-based AI-native LivTech platform valued at approximately A$73M including growth capital.

Home.cc brings tenant onboarding workflows, utility connection infrastructure, broadband enablement, fintech integration, and a Tenancy Deposit Scheme partnership into a single residential platform.

The Switchcraft and ClearBank integrations announced in recent weeks are capability layers being built into that existing platform — not constructed from zero.

Braiin is augmenting an already-functioning system, which is a capital-efficient and lower-risk approach than building from the ground up.

Partnership One: Switchcraft and the £25B UK Utility Market

On May 26, 2026, Braiin announced a strategic partnership with Switchcraft, a leading UK utility and telecom switching infrastructure provider.

Using Switchcraft's white-label API, Braiin now embeds energy, gas, broadband, and telecom switching capability directly within the Living Infrastructure platform.

The model is commission-based: every successful utility or telecom switch earns Braiin revenue, with ongoing utilization generating recurring platform income — and without Braiin needing to own any switching infrastructure.

The UK residential utilities, broadband, telecom, and connected household services market is estimated at approximately £25B annually. Braiin participates in that market through distribution, not infrastructure — a structurally capital-efficient model.

Partnership Two: ClearBank and the $3T Residential Services Market

On June 2, 2026, Braiin announced the integration of ClearBank's embedded banking infrastructure into Home.cc.

ClearBank is a UK cloud-native clearing bank delivering API-first embedded banking, real-time payment processing, digital wallets, open banking connectivity, and consumer finance settlement capabilities.

Combined with the Switchcraft utility switching layer and Home.cc's existing tenant engagement and deposit scheme infrastructure, the platform can now process rent payments, utility bills, insurance settlements, and recurring household financial transactions from a single digital environment.

CEO Natraj Balasubramanian stated: "The next generation of residential technology platforms will need to combine embedded distribution with the transaction infrastructure required to support recurring customer relationships." The global residential services market Braiin is now targeting — incorporating embedded finance, utilities, telecom, insurance, and connected household commerce — exceeds $3T.

New Zealand: First International Deployment

On May 28, 2026, Braiin officially launched its AI-native Living Infrastructure platform in New Zealand — its first international deployment beyond Australia. Built on Braiin's existing Oceania operational footprint, the launch targets the global PropTech residential lifecycle services market, with the immediate addressable segment estimated at $94.2B.

New Zealand is the proof-of-concept that the platform replicates internationally — a live deployment management can reference as the UK platform buildout advances.
