In partnership with Mode Mobile |
 |
Starlink is preparing to launch "5G from space." That means millions of phones will soon connect directly to satellites - even in places where cell towers never existed. |
And one company already built for that moment is Mode Mobile. Mode's technology turns everyday smartphone activity into earning opportunities. |
The company has generated $115M in revenue, attracted 59,000+ shareholders, and reserved the Nasdaq ticker $MODE. Right now investors still have a rare window to participate before a potential IPO. |

Please read the offering circular and related risks at invest.modemobile.com. This is a paid advertisement for Mode Mobile’s Regulation A+ Offering. Mode Mobile recently received their ticker reservation with Nasdaq ($MODE), indicating an intent to IPO in the next 24 months. An intent to IPO is no guarantee that an actual IPO will occur. The Bounce Nobody Trusts |
The market did what markets do after a sharp selloff - it bounced. The S&P 500 climbed 1.08% on Thursday, clawing back roughly half of Wednesday's Fed-driven losses. The Nasdaq gained 1.91%. Small caps led the charge, with the Russell 2000 surging 2.12% to nearly 2,980 - its best single-day gain in three weeks. |
What changed overnight was less about the Fed and more about oil. WTI crude dropped below $75 for the first time since early March after the U.S. and Iran formalized their Strait of Hormuz reopening agreement. A gallon that costs twenty cents less at the pump this weekend means the inflation picture that spooked the dot plot suddenly looks a little less threatening. |
But here's the thing about relief rallies: they feel good in the moment and mean nothing by themselves. The dot plot still shows half the committee expecting a rate hike this year. Bond yields barely moved - the 10-year settled at 4.46%, only three basis points below Wednesday's close. The bond market isn't buying the optimism that stocks are selling. When those two disagree, the bond market is usually right. |

Elon Musk has publicly described what the AI-powered home looks like. |
Automated climate. Predictive routines. Homes that know what you need. |
He listed thermostats. HVAC systems. Robots in living spaces. |
He didn't mention the thing covering 90% of the light entering your home. Nobody in Big Tech has. |
RYSE did. In 2015. With a patent. In Best Buy. With a court ruling blocking Amazon from copying the design. |
Musk says smart homes are the future. RYSE is building the piece nobody else is talking about. |
The round is at $2.50/share. It won't stay there. |

The Chip Surge |
Semiconductor stocks powered Thursday's recovery. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index jumped more than 2.5% as investors rotated back into the names that had been hit hardest during Wednesday's selloff. The logic was straightforward: lower oil prices ease inflation fears, which eases pressure on the Fed, which supports growth stocks - and nothing is more growth-levered than chips. |
The sector's rebound also reflected something structural. Every major hyperscaler has reaffirmed or increased its capital expenditure plans for data center buildouts this year. Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Meta are collectively spending more than $250 billion on AI infrastructure in 2026. Those dollars flow directly through chip designers and foundries. The demand isn't speculative anymore - it's contractual. |
For investors watching from the sidelines, the question isn't whether the chip cycle has legs. It's which layer of the stack captures the most durable margin. Foundries compete on scale. GPU makers compete on performance. But the companies that own the underlying architectures - the instruction sets every chip needs to function - sit in a category of their own. |

🔒 OBBBA Rule Watch
QCD-to-RMD Interaction ($111,000 Limit in 2026)
If you’re 70½ or older and taking required minimum distributions from a traditional IRA, a Qualified Charitable Distribution lets you send up to $111,000 directly from your IRA to a qualifying charity. The amount counts toward your RMD but doesn’t appear as taxable income on your return. For retirees who donate regularly, this is one of the most efficient tax moves available. The key is the transfer must go directly from the IRA custodian to the charity - if the money touches your bank account first, even briefly, it becomes a regular distribution and the tax benefit disappears. Your custodian can set this up as a recurring transfer if you donate to the same organization each year.
Why it matters: If you’re already giving to charity and also taking RMDs, a QCD satisfies both obligations at once while keeping the donation off your adjusted gross income. That can lower your Medicare premiums, reduce Social Security taxation, and preserve more of your other deductions.

Imagine owning the patent on the alphabet. |
Every book. Every email. Every text. You'd collect a royalty on each one. |
That's what this company does — except with chips. |
They designed the master architecture inside nearly every smartphone, tablet, and laptop on Earth. They don't manufacture anything. But every time a chip rolls off the line, a royalty hits their account. 80 million times a day. 29 billion times a year. |
And here's what Wall Street hasn't priced in: the new v9 architecture doubles the royalty per chip. Same volume. Twice the revenue. |
Dylan Jovine has the name, ticker, and buy-up-to price. |

SpaceX Finds Its Floor |
SPCX dropped to $175 on Thursday - now 22% below its $226 peak set barely a week ago. The frenzy of opening week - app alerts pinging at breakfast, breathless cable coverage - has gone quiet. Each session since has printed a lower high and a lower low. |
What's notable isn't the decline itself - newly public mega-caps almost always give back their first-week euphoria. Amazon fell 30% within six weeks of its 1997 IPO. Facebook shed 50% in its first three months. The pattern is well-documented: institutions wait for the dust to settle, and retail investors who chased the opening print learn an expensive lesson about the difference between price and value. |
The business underneath remains extraordinary. Starlink is growing subscribers at a rate that makes most SaaS companies look stagnant. The Starship program is approaching commercial viability. And the government contracting pipeline is deeper than anything in SpaceX's history. The stock will find a floor - it always does. The question is whether that floor is $150 or $170, and whether you have the patience to wait for it. |
