President Trump just signed 2 executive orders on June 22. |
They aim to “fast track” a quantum innovation. And assure that America is the leader with this next generation computing. |
One new quantum Pre-IPO could be the biggest winner. I predict the stock price could jump over 300%. And right now, you can invest BEFORE it starts trading. |
Simply go here for the important next steps. |
Executive Order #1: Ushering in the Next Frontier of Quantum Innovation |
This launches a national effort to build the first quantum computer powerful enough for real scientific discovery. "We believe this can happen by 2028," said Michael Kratsios, the White House science and technology director. |
The machine gets housed at a Department of Energy facility. The government also wants next-generation quantum sensors fielded by September 30, 2028. |
Executive Order #2: Securing the Nation Against Advanced Cryptographic |
This directs federal agencies to migrate high-value systems to post-quantum cryptography by 2030, and digital signatures by 2031. |
This means that Washington now believes a quantum computer capable of breaking today's encryption is coming soon. So, they’re proactively requiring that security improvements in advance of a breakthrough. |

Here's why this is so important. |
The old knock-on quantum was that it's "decades away." These orders show that the U.S. government believes a quantum computing breakthrough could occur within 2 – 3 years. |
Additionally, the Commerce Department is investing $2 billion and buying equity stakes in American quantum stocks. |
The market noticed. After the signing, IonQ (NYSE: IONQ) rose about 3% to $60.10, Rigetti Computing (NASDAQ: RGTI) gained 5.9% to $22.65, and D-Wave Quantum (NYSE: QBTS) climbed roughly 7.5% to around $26.30. IBM (NYSE: IBM) rose 3.6% after Trump singled out CEO Arvind Krishna at the event. |
The commercial traction is real, not just hype. |
· IonQ reported 755% year-over-year revenue growth. |
· D-Wave logged quarterly bookings of $33.4 million. |
· Rigetti signed a letter of intent with the Commerce Department for up to $100 million. |
Wall Street is moving too. Northland raised its IonQ target to $70 from $55. Jefferies sees the orders as positive across the group and views IonQ as best-positioned, followed by D-Wave, then Rigetti. |
Quantum just moved from a science project to a strategic national priority with government money supporting its development. And that could make right now an opportune time to invest. |
I’m NOT chasing the quantum stocks that have already doubled and tripled. Instead, I’m becoming a “founding investor” in the next quantum security Pre-IPO. And you can too. |
