Hedge funds are using AI to select winning trades every day. And you can too. |
My new AI Profit Predictor has closed out several winners in recent weeks. |
25% in Iron Mountain in 13 days. 100% in Meta in 3 days. 100% in Nvidia in 12 days. And 212% in Meta in less than 2 weeks. |
Here’s how to get this week’s trades. |
Blackstone paid roughly $8 billion for Jersey Mike's in early 2025. |
Eighteen months later, it's taking the sandwich chain public at a similar valuation. It aims to be this week’s largest Initial Public Offering. |
Four deals close out July. Here's the rundown. |
Jersey Mike's (NYSE: JMKE) is selling 43.5 million shares at $21 to $25 to raise up to $1.1 billion. At the top of the range the equity value is roughly $7.9 billion. At the midpoint, about $7.3 billion. It prices Wednesday and should start trading Thursday morning. |
The business itself is strong. More than 3,300 locations, $4.3 billion in systemwide sales last year, and average unit volumes near $1.4 million — well ahead of Subway and Jimmy John's. |
Jersey Mike’s also took the No. 1 spot in this year's American Customer Satisfaction Index quick-service rankings, ending Chick-fil-A's 11-year run. Revenue was $696 million with $59 million of net income. The catch is leverage: the company comes public at 5.1x pro forma debt to EBITDA, and Blackstone keeps majority voting control. |

Ionic Digital (Nasdaq: IOND) does a direct listing Tuesday. No new capital — this exists so former Celsius creditors can get some liquidity. |
The story is the pivot. Ionic owns a 234-megawatt site in Ward County, Texas. It’s been leased to AI cloud provider named Nscale. The 126-month triple-net deal worth about $1.95 billion in contracted revenue. Leasing revenue hit $44 million in the first quarter while bitcoin mining revenue fell 82% to $7.4 million. June's private placement priced at $53, implying a $2.4 billion market value. |
Ionic Digital is basically a bankrupt miner turned AI landlord. |
Reformation (NYSE: REF) offers 14 million shares at $15 to $17. The deal will raise about $225 million and value the womenswear brand near $1 billion. |
Revenue rose 16% last year to $507 million across 70 stores and 1.1 million active customers. But net income fell to $12.6 million from $32.9 million. Permira is cutting its stake from 64.4% to 46.9%, and most of the company's proceeds go to repaying a term loan. Consumer and apparel listings are running at their lowest volume in a decade for a reason. |
Apnimed (Nasdaq: APMD) offers 10 million shares at $14 to $16. The transaction aims to raise $150 million at valuation around $665 million. It prices Thursday night with plans to trade Friday. |
The company is developing a drug named Oxnimbi. This would be the first pill approved for obstructive sleep apnea, a condition affecting roughly 80 million American adults, most of them undiagnosed. |
The NDA went in this April with a decision expected in the first quarter of 2027. Two things to know before you get excited: the FDA questioned at the pre-NDA meeting whether the trial results are clinically meaningful, and auditors flagged substantial doubt about the company as a going concern. This stock is a binary bet, not an investment. |
For context, the Renaissance IPO Index is up 16.7% year to date against 8.9% for the S&P 500. |
Jersey Mike's is the one I'll be watching Thursday morning. |
