Editor’s Note: The biggest IPO winners are NOT in AI, robotics or space. An overlook group of IPOs have seen crazy gains in the last couple years. This includes 756% for IonQ, 1,332% for BTQ and 2,637% for D-Wave. |
Don’t worry if you missed these winners. Because a new Pre-IPO could be the next big winner. And there’s still time for you to invest. |

No revenues? Big losses? No problem! |
That was case for an AI golf stock called Game Your Game (Nasdaq: GYGY) that just went public on the Nasdaq on Thursday. |
Shares soared 98% yesterday – making this the 4th best performing IPO of the year. |
Company: Game Your Game (GameGolf)
Exchange & Ticker: Nasdaq: GYGY
Reference Price: $8 per share
Implied Market Cap at IPO: ~$129 million
First Trading Day: July 30, 2026
|
No new capital was raised. Existing shareholders registered up to 16.1 million shares for resale – allowing them to sell in the open market now that the stock is free trading. |
The product is the GameGolf KZN AI platform. |
Sensors mount on your clubs and use an embedded neural network to detect and classify each shot, then send the data to a GPS tracker that pins the location on the course. No phone, no manual entry. A dashboard delivers strokes-gained analytics and shot dispersion maps. A feature called Smart Caddie recommends clubs and target lines from your own shot history. |
The technology dates back to 2014 and has tracked more than 3 million rounds and 300 million shots across 36,000 mapped courses in over 140 countries. |
That sounds great. But the company’s financials are the big problem. |
Revenue was roughly $60,000 in the most recent annual period. The company reports net losses, negative operating cash flow, a working capital deficit, and its auditors have issued a going-concern note. KZN AI is still in beta ahead of a full commercial launch. |
Funding has come from insiders and one outside lender. |
Grafiti Group, controlled by former CEO Nadir Ali, holds roughly 65% of the voting power and has provided related-party promissory notes. Streeterville Capital bought the March convertible note that established the $8 reference price, holds warrants, and has a preferred stock facility referenced at up to $40 million. |
Both are potential sources of selling pressure once shares are freely tradable. |
So the 98% pop tells you something about a thin float and the market's appetite for anything with "AI" in the description. It doesn't tell you much about the business. |
There are red flags all over this business. It’s exciting to see a stock double in its debut. Yet that’s not a reason to chase the stock price. |
This business has a $250 million market cap. Essentially zero revenues. And insiders who will soon be able to dump their stock in the market. |
