Oura is weighing a September or October offering above its $11 billion 2025 mark. Switch and SB Energy are meeting with investors. Nscale is meeting with investors. Inspire Brands, the Dunkin' and Arby's parent, is targeting late 2026 or early 2027.
Anthropic could raise up to $100 billion in a September or October debut.
SpaceX plans to launch its first Nvidia-powered Starmind AI1 satellites by Q4 2027.
Bessent sanctioned more than 60 entities tied to Iran and warned countries of "the full reach of American power."
Visa (V) closed at $382.41. Mastercard (MA) closed at $599.86. Both hit their first record highs in more than a year.
Consumer confidence lands today. Core PCE and Nvidia (NVDA) earnings land Wednesday. Warsh speaks Friday.

- Boeing (BA) received a $131.2 billion ceiling-value contract for the F-15 program through 2037.
- Bessent said Treasury will stick to its regular auction schedule despite the expanded buybacks. The first buyback at the enlarged size lands September 10.
- The SEC is investigating the trades that led to Situational Awareness's July losses.
- Franklin Templeton (BEN) raised a $1.5 billion collateralized fund obligation backed by private equity secondaries.
- Apple (AAPL) will launch a new Mac mini in the coming days ahead of the September 9 iPhone event.

The Queue
The IPO market is on track for a record year. Oura filed in May and is weighing a fall offering. It would open above last year's round. SB Energy is on the road, selling its Ohio deal with OpenAI. Switch has filed for one of its own.
Nscale is pitching too. Lambda is in talks for $3 billion. Inspire, the restaurant group, is looking at the turn of the year. Every 2025 mark that assumes a listing reprices off this queue.
The 2021 Comparison
Investors say they have not seen a rush like this since 2021. Money poured into Robinhood (HOOD) and Rivian (RIVN). That class still trades below its offer on average. Rushes fade. Holding is harder.
The SpaceX Precedent
June's offering cleared, and the calendar read that as permission. The stock has given back its entire post-listing gain. Jersey Mike's (JMKE), the Blackstone (BX) chain, has drifted sideways since July. Vantage Data Centers is eyeing 2027. So is OpenAI, whose sales rose 18%.
The Clearing Price
The tape is pricing this queue off deals that got done. What none has tested is where the class marks in December. This year's cohort averages plus 21%, and an average hides its tails. An autumn listing still above its offer at Thanksgiving turns supply into proof.

SIGNAL 1: The Data Center Leaves the Ground
Musk moved the orbital timeline up. Starmind AI1 flies in late 2027. The S-1 said as early as 2028.
Morgan Stanley (MS) models $53 billion of SpaceX AI capex this year. He puts next year at $130 billion. Wood Mackenzie priced one gigawatt in orbit. It came to $170 billion. Terafab, its plant with Tesla (TSLA), starts at $16.8 billion.
None of that is funded yet.
The Quiet Lender
The market is paying for a pulled-forward schedule. The lenders behind it sit on no tape. That is private credit dressed as equity. A $20 billion Terafab budget in the Q3 report turns plan into obligation.
SIGNAL 2: The Speech Skipped China. The List Did Not.
Bessent launched Operation Economic Outcast Monday. Treasury has "mapped every node" of Iran's oil smuggling, he said. Sixty-odd firms, people and ships went on the list.
Treasury named five trades where the rules reach buyers. Digital assets, technology, gold, aviation, shipping. Any sponsor-owned business there owes screening it did not owe Friday.
Bessent did not say China once. Three Shenzhen logistics firms are on the list anyway.
The Gap in the Speech
Markets heard an Iran action. Few desks have priced a rule reaching their own counterparties. The distance sits between the speech and the list. A Chinese bank on the list by September 24 turns an oil case into a banking one.
SIGNAL 3: The Aggregate Says What the Retailers Do Not
Visa rose 3.1% Monday. Mastercard rose 3.3%. Both closed at records neither had seen in over a year.
Walmart (WMT) fell 9% Thursday. Its growth was the weakest since 2020. A network takes a cut of dollars spent. A retailer sells units. Inflation lifts one, squeezes the other.
Sponsor consumer models underwrite units. The networks just got paid on prices.

- Wednesday, core PCE, GDP, Nvidia. Which is under more strain.
- Friday, Warsh at Jackson Hole. He names the balance sheet or defers.
- September 8, Canada retaliates. That prices the bill's second half.
- September 10, the first buyback at the enlarged size. Whether size moves the long end.
Capital Discipline
Most exits assume a listing at or above the last private round. The fall queue tests that for a whole category at once. And the deal it leans on has sat at its offer for two months.
Run this before Labor Day. Take the position whose exit memo names a listing. Cut the exit price to the last round, no first-day premium. Then push the sale past a six-month lockup. If it still clears your hurdle, you own a business. If it needs a first-day print, you own a window. Size that against your liquidity sleeve.
