Get (SAFX) In The Crosshairs While It’s Still Early…

October 13, 2026

Dear Reader,

The national average for diesel has hit $6.20 a gallon…

That figure, per Investigate Midwest, represents a 67% increase over the past year — driven by the Strait of Hormuz closure and contracting global refinery output.

The effects are spreading across multiple sectors simultaneously.

Trucking operators are raising alarms about cascading supply-chain disruptions.

Agricultural producers are entering harvest season with fuel costs that are eroding whatever margin remained.

And governors across nearly a dozen states have taken the unusual step of declaring fuel emergencies, temporarily allowing off-road diesel on public roads to prevent a logistics breakdown.

That level of coordinated response reflects something beyond a seasonal disruption…

This is a structural shift in how distillate supply reaches the domestic market — and it is forcing fleet operators, logistics companies, and agricultural producers to reconsider, in real terms, how they source every gallon of fuel their operations require.

It is the kind of environment that turns renewable fuels from a regulatory framework into a commercial necessity…

And it puts XCF Global Inc. (Nasdaq: SAFX) directly in focus.

SAFX is a U.S.-based renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel ("SAF") producer — and unlike most early-stage names in the clean-energy space, XCF has a revenue generating asset.

This company is already producing fuel in the US from non -food US agricultural waste and residue based feedstocks rather than foreign petroleum crude , shipping it daily to paying customers, and generating revenue.

It has also exported its New Rise Renewables Reno blueprint to facilities in Australia and New Zealand, New Rise ANZ.

And Wall Street is paying attention…

H.C. Wainwright's Amit Dayal recently opened coverage on (SAFX) with a bullish rating and a $1.00 target.

A second analyst, Craig Irwin of Roth MKM, carries a $1.20 target — putting the consensus at $1.10.

From this week's $0.32 range, that consensus suggests around a 240% upside potential…

And these are only some of the reasons why (SAFX) is topping our watchlist this morning—Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

What's Actually Coming Off the Line

The numbers from New Rise Renewables Reno — the company's flagship facility — tell a clear story of accelerating commercial activity.

In August, XCF Global Inc. (Nasdaq: SAFX) reported revenue north of $10M from the shipment of 1.3M gallons of renewable diesel.

That was the first full month of completed commercial fuel deliveries…

Before that, the facility had already produced more than 886,400 gallons and activated a dual-revenue model — selling fuel directly to customers while simultaneously generating D4 Renewable Identification Numbers (RINs) under the U.S. Renewable Fuel Standard.

The company monetized its first batch of 550,000 D4 RINs at $2.27 per RIN — roughly $1.25M in value.

That second revenue stream is worth paying attention to…

Every gallon of renewable diesel produced generates RINs that can be sold independently of the fuel itself, giving the company two distinct ways to monetize every unit of output.

It's the kind of built-in margin layer that most early-stage fuel producers simply don't have.

And for (SAFX), it means revenue can scale from two directions at once — physical fuel sales and environmental attribute monetization — as production ramps.

Daily throughput has moved from roughly 55,000 gallons per day to north of 70,000 gallons per day, and the facility carries a permitted nameplate capacity of up to 38M gallons per year — approximately 100,000+ gallons per day at full run rate.

The gap between current output and nameplate capacity represents a meaningful production runway ahead.

CEO Chris Cooper described the trajectory in concrete terms, noting that the facility has produced renewable diesel, generated RINs tied to that production, and begun fulfilling customer orders — and calling it the disciplined work that turns an operating asset into a high-scale commercial platform.

The SAF Angle Changes the Math

Renewable diesel is the current revenue engine for (SAFX), but the facility is designed for something well beyond diesel alone…

According to the company's September disclosure, New Rise Reno is targeting SAF blending component production in Q4 2026.

That matters because the SAF sector is one of the fastest-expanding segments in all of energy.

The U.S. Department of Energy's Sustainable Aviation Fuel Grand Challenge has set a target of 3B gallons of domestic SAF consumption by 2030 and 35B gallons by 2050.

Those are not aspirational figures from an industry lobby group.

They represent formal federal targets backed by coordinated action across the DOE, DOT, and USDA — with tax credits, blending mandates, and procurement commitments already in motion to support them.

Research firms have pegged the global SAF market at roughly $4B in 2026, with projections reaching north of $40B by 2034 — a compound annual growth rate above 33%.

Meanwhile, the renewable diesel market itself is expected to grow from $27.3B in 2026 to $57.9B by 2035, per Global Market Insights, at an 8.7% CAGR.

XCF Global Inc. (Nasdaq: SAFX) sits at the intersection of both segments — already producing one, preparing to transition into the other.

And the timing of that SAF transition is hard to ignore…

Airlines and governments are not waiting on this.

The EU's ReFuelEU mandate requires a trajectory rising from 2% SAF in 2025 to 70% by 2050.

Domestic SAF consumption in the U.S. grew from roughly 5M gallons in 2021 to 24.5M gallons in 2023, per DOE data, and the runway for growth from there is enormous.

A company that already has a permitted facility, commercial fuel delivery operations, and a SAF pathway on the near-term calendar… that's a name that deserves close attention in this environment.

Why the Timing Keeps Getting More Interesting

Three dynamics are converging right now that sharpen the (SAFX) setup…

First, the diesel supply crunch is real and immediate.

Canadian oil sands cutbacks have squeezed conventional refiners who rely on heavy crude as their primary feedstock for middle distillate output.

XCF's model runs entirely outside the petroleum crude supply chain, converting domestic waste-based feedstocks — like distillers corn oil — directly into drop-in distillates.

No pipeline dependencies.

No foreign crude exposure…

The North American Transportation Services Association has noted that renewable diesel works as a direct replacement in existing commercial engines and fueling infrastructure — no modifications required.

That means commercial fleets can switch to renewable diesel without retrofitting a single truck or upgrading a single fueling depot.

The same fuel, the same engines, the same range and cold-weather performance — but sourced entirely from domestic waste-based feedstocks instead of foreign crude.

For fleet operators running tens of thousands of route-miles per week, that kind of compatibility removes the biggest barrier to adoption.

There's no capital expenditure on new equipment, no driver retraining, and no disruption to existing fueling logistics.

The fuel simply drops in.

At a moment when diesel costs topped $6.32 per gallon nationally — per Fox News reporting, a jump of more than 70% year over year — that kind of supply-chain independence takes on a different weight.

Second, the company just cleared a major corporate milestone.

On October 6, XCF Global Inc. (Nasdaq: SAFX) shareholders approved a proposed business combination designed to add alternative fuel production technology with lower feedstock cost and lower carbon intensity, along with in-house environmental attribute monetization capabilities.

The combined platform is expected to pursue work across SAF, renewable fuels, environmental markets, and related energy-transition sectors.

That combination is significant for (SAFX) because it addresses two of the most critical variables in any fuel production business — feedstock economics and carbon-intensity scoring…

Lower feedstock cost improves per-gallon margins.

Lower carbon intensity unlocks higher-value environmental credits.

And bringing environmental attribute monetization in-house means the company can capture more of that value directly, rather than relying on third-party intermediaries.

For a company still in the early stages of its production ramp, those structural advantages could prove decisive as throughput scales toward nameplate capacity.

It's the kind of integrated model that turns each additional gallon of output into a more efficient unit of revenue.

Third, (SAFX) carries a market cap of approximately $129.5M according to Yahoo Finance, with the facility's revenue trajectory still early in its ramp…

The company has also outlined plans to advance potential expansion across Nevada, North Carolina, and Florida — subject to feasibility, financing, and regulatory conditions — signaling that the current Reno facility may be the first chapter, not the entire story.

The gap between where the company's output stands today and what nameplate capacity could deliver — if execution continues — is the space worth watching.

For anyone following the renewable fuels sector — or watching how the domestic energy map is being redrawn in real time — these are the dynamics that matter.

A company producing fuel, generating environmental credits, and preparing to enter the SAF segment — all from a single permitted facility — is not a concept-stage story.

It's an execution story.

And execution is exactly what the numbers are starting to show.
