My #1 quantum Pre-IPO is now open – for the very first time. The company could go public in early 2027 on the Nasdaq. And right now, you can secure Pre-IPO shares for less than $5.00. |
Simply go here to get the details – it could be closed soon. |
SpaceX (Nadaq: SPCX) is going show us whether its huge bet on AI is starting to pay off. |
The company reports earnings today after the market close. A live audio webcast starts at 4:30 p.m. ET. |
Wall Street expects third-quarter revenue of up to $12.9 billion, up about 65% in three months. Analysts expect that this will be SpaceX’s first profitable quarter since going public. |
The timing makes this report bigger than usual. SpaceX is reportedly lining up $40 billion to buy Nvidia chips. And within days of the report, about 1.3 billion insider shares become free to sell. |
Here are the key numbers I’ll be watching: |
Revenue: $12.9 billion expected, versus $7.8 billion last quarter
Earnings: $0.15 per share on an adjusted basis
AI revenue: $6.4 billion, up roughly 150% in one quarter
Starlink subscribers: Expected to grow from 12 million to roughly 14.3 million
Cash burn: $19.6 billion in capital spending
Free cash flow: negative $11.6 billion
|
Beyond the quarter, I want to know two things from management. |
1. Is it still on track for $100 billion in annual recurring revenue by year-end? |
2. Will computing capacity top 2 gigawatts, up from 1.4 at the end of June? |
The spending numbers matter as much as the revenue. SpaceX is growing fast, but it’s paying for that growth with significant investments and borrowed money. |
The financing talks are early. The reported package is about $10 billion in bank loans plus $30 billion in investment-grade bonds, with Apollo expected to lead the financing. Any deal likely won’t close until 2027. |
The share unlock comes from the IPO lock-up. That’s the period when insiders aren’t allowed to sell. That 1.3 billion share tranche unlocks on the second full trading day after the report. Another 329 million follow next week. More shares available to sell can weigh on a stock, even after a good quarter. |
Options traders are pricing in a move of about 8% either way. Tesla reports the next day, so expect a busy week for Musk two publicly traded stocks. |
I’ll send you my take once the numbers are out. |
Have you ever investing in a private company – and celebrated its IPO on a major stock exchange? |
A new cybersecurity stock known as the Quantum Keystone is preparing to go public on Nasdaq. It’s currently completing a final Pre-IPO financing before trading begins. |
Today, you can “front run” the listing and secure your Pre-IPO shares. |
