September 24th

Dear Reader,

September 24th. 9:00PM EST. A 45-minute film about the mortgage business goes live on BizTV, YouToo America, YTA TV and American Forces Network.

The star isn’t a banking giant. It’s Beeline Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: BLNE), a Providence, Rhode Island lender.

The “Bizumentary” was produced with Emmy A-ward-wi-nn-ing Loft 100 Studios. Beeline pegs combined network reach at approximately 90Mn viewers, and the film then rolls onto Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube.

Here’s why the timing matters.

Beeline says Q3 2026 is shaping up to be among its strongest revenue quarters since inception. It just posted record monthly margins in July, then topped that record again in August.

Q2 already told part of the story.

Revenue jumped 57% year over year to $2.6Mn, quarterly cash burn shrank to about $1.7Mn, and Beeline closed June with $50.5Mn in shareholders’ equity and no corporate debt.

So what changed? Beeline stopped chasing low-return loans. You’re about to see why that matters.

Who Is Beeline Holdings, Inc?

Beeline runs an AI-powered digital mortgage and home equity platform.

Think of it as four engines under one hood: Beeline Loans, Beeline Title, SaaS products including the BlinkQC compliance tool, and BeelineEquity, a fractional home equity product. Its company deck lays it all out.

The lending arm is licensed in 28 states plus Washington, D.C., per the company’s website.

The sales engine is Bob, an AI chat agent.

Beeline now owns 100% of MagicBlocks, the AI company that built Bob, after picking up the remaining 52% stake.

The Room Where It Happened: The Q2 Call

Earnings calls are usually scripted. The Q2 Q&A is where things got interesting.

A question was asked that listeners wanted to know: how close is breakeven?

BLNE CEO Nick Liuzza said a closed TYTL deal could bring revenue per unit of volume roughly 3 to 3.5X higher. That, he said, could pull the cash breakeven point earlier.

Next came the math on digital securities.

The model retains about 5% of each transaction as Reg D digital securities. At $1Bn of transaction value, Liuzza said, that works out to about $50Mn held by Beeline. He called it non-dilutive capital.

BLNE CFO Chris Moe then added a valuation lens. Mortgage banking companies typically carry 2x to 4x revenue multiples, he said, while fintech platforms run 5x to 15x, with a median near 8x.

And rate risk on loans? BLNE COO Jess Kennedy said Beeline typically holds loans for only a couple of weeks before moving them off the balance sheet.

The Turn: A No-Debt Path To Home Equity

Now the plot twist.

Beeline signed a non-binding LOI to acquire TYTL Corp in an all-share transaction. TYTL powers BeelineEquity.

Here’s the pitch to homeowners. Need cash from your home but don’t want another loan? Exchange a fractional ownership interest instead. No new debt. No monthly payments. No maturity date.

Every transaction is recorded publicly and represented on block-chain as a Regulation D digital security. Institutional participants access those securities through an Anchorage Digital integration.

The companies estimate an initial addressable market of about $1Tn, out of roughly $17Tn in U.S. home equity.

One caution: the LOI is non-binding. Closing requires definitive documents, a fairness opinion and a shareholder vote.

Where The Market Is Headed

Digital lending isn’t a niche anymore.

Precedence Research projects the U.S. digital lending platform market could climb from about $3.62Bn in 2025 to roughly $30.54Bn by 2034. Globally, it models a 26.53% CAGR.

Beeline is aiming that trend at borrowers big banks tend to overlook.

Its deck counts more than 70Mn U.S. freelancers, many of whom don’t fit W-2 based lending models. Bank Statement loans solve that by reviewing actual deposits instead of W-2 income.

7 Potential Catalysts Put (Nasdaq: BLNE) On Our Radar

#1. Non-QM Pivot Is Already Showing Up In The Margins. Since shifting toward Bank Statement and DSCR loans in May, (BLNE) has reported record monthly margins in both July and August.

#2. Roughly 23.77M Share Float Keeps The Potential For Volatility In Play. Yahoo Finance reports a float of approximately 23.77Mn shares, which makes (BLNE) a low float idea where the potential for heightened volatility may be significant.

#3. A $1Tn Home Equity Target Sits Behind TYTL. If the TYTL deal closes, (BLNE) would gain a residential equity product aimed at an estimated $1Tn initial addressable market.

#4. Primetime Exposure Across Four National Networks. The Loft 100 Studios Bizumentary gives (BLNE) a potential audience of roughly 90Mn viewers before podcast and YouTube replays.

#5. $50.5Mn In Equity And No Corporate Debt. Per its Q2 release, (BLNE) closed June with $50.5Mn in shareholders’ equity and no corporate debt.

#6. The CEO Put $500K Of His Own Capital On The Table. Nick Liuzza’s convertible note gave (BLNE) fresh capital structured to convert at no less than $1.50 per share.

#7. Russell Microcap Membership Widens The Institutional Lens. Since joining the Russell Microcap Index in June, (BLNE) sits inside a widely tracked small-cap benchmark.

The Fierce Take

Revenue is growing faster than volume. Costs are down. Margins set records two months running.

The CEO committed his own capital. A national TV debut is on the calendar. Management has also kept a target of a $100Mn revenue run rate by the end of 2027, per its Q1 call.

That’s a lot of moving parts for a company with a market cap around $31Mn as of Wednesday’s closing bell.

BLNE deserves a spot on your screen, and a closer look before Q3 numbers land.

Coverage is officially underway on Beeline Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: BLNE).

Keep your eyes peeled for updates coming out soon. Talk shortly.
