August 25th

Greetings Readers,

Early Monday morning, Greenland Mines Ltd. (Nasdaq: GRML) published the first S-K 1300 mineral resource estimate for its Sarfartoq project in southwest Greenland.

With an effective date of July 31st, 2026, it marks the first time in more than fifteen years of work on the license that the deposit carries an Indicated Mineral Resource categorization under a standard the SEC recognizes.

The company also filed the first assessment combining open pit and underground mining at Sarfartoq, which it calls the "Hybrid" case.

That scenario reports 6.9 Mt indicated at 1.60% total rare earth oxide and 5.3 Mt inferred at 0.96%, or 12.2 Mt at 1.32% combined. An underground-only view gives 7.475 Mt indicated at 1.56%. An open pit view gives 6.608 Mt indicated at 1.63% alongside 6.015 Mt inferred at 0.88%.

The element split is where the file gets interesting.

Indicated grades come in at 3,070 ppm neodymium oxide, 963 ppm praseodymium oxide, 32.3 ppm dysprosium oxide and 13.2 ppm terbium oxide.

Contained neodymium and praseodymium oxide across Indicated and Inferred totals roughly 40,700 tonnes, which the company frames against about five years of global Nd-Pr oxide refining outside China at 2025 consumption levels.

This did not arrive in a vacuum.

On Friday, Greenland's Ministry of Business and Mineral Resources approved the indirect transfer of Mineral Exploration Licence MEL 2020-32 under Section 69(1) of the Mineral Activities Act, clearing one of the principal regulatory conditions on the proposed Sarfartoq acquisition.

Then the capital structure changed overnight.

The 1-for-50 reverse split approved on August 20th took effect Monday morning. At the time of writing, GRML now has a float of approx. 2.62Mn shares according to Yahoo Finance.

About Greenland Mines Ltd. (Nasdaq: GRML)

The company existed as Klotho Neurosciences until March 12th, 2026, when a rebrand and ticker change accompanied the acquisition that delivered an 80% indirect interest in the Skaergaard palladium, gold and platinum project in southeast Greenland.

Skaergaard received its own S-K 1300 Technical Report Summary on July 15th, reporting 15.00 Moz indicated palladium equivalent at 3.04 g/t and 17.49 Moz inferred at 3.07 g/t.

With 3 MELs spanning 877 km², full permits, and onsite logistics, the Skaergaard Project is positioned for the next stage of exploration, expansion, and development pending completion of further work and technical studies.

Through a new drilling and development program, Greenland Mines aims to double its resource to ~50Mn contained ounces of Au, Pd, and Pt, as well as adding vanadium and gallium to its raw critical metals portfolio.

Sarfartoq comes through the pending acquisition of Neo North Star Resources from holders including Neo Performance Materials, agreed in May for $35Mn in cash and shares, with Neo retaining offtake rights on up to 60% of future ore or concentrate.

The licence package also carries the Nukittooq niobium-tantalum project and prospective phosphorus mineralization.

Greenland Mines Ltd is led by an experienced team of mining, geological, and capital markets professionals with deep expertise in Arctic resource development, Greenlandic regulatory navigation, and international in-vest-or relations.

Behind The Scenes: What Management Said

Dr. Bo Møller Stensgaard, president of Greenland Mines Ltd., put this Monday's filing in historical terms: "For over 15 years, Sarfartoq has been recognized as one of the most strategically important undeveloped neodymium-praseodymium deposits outside of China, but it has never before carried an Indicated category resource."

On the Hybrid framework he added that it gives the company, "real optionality on mining method and real magnitude in the metals the West needs most: neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium."

Independence sits behind those numbers.

Ronald G. Simpson, P.Geo., of GeoSim Services Inc. served as independent qualified person for the estimate, with technical and engineering support from Hassan Ghaffari, P.Eng., M.A.Sc., of Tetra Tech Canada Inc.

Metallurgical work completed by SGS this year produced a flotation concentrate grading 19% to 20% total rare earth oxide at 57% to 58% recovery, with leach recoveries of 98% to 99% for neodymium and 92% to 98% for dysprosium.

The Shift: Three Days That Reset The File

Read together, the those few days moved this name from a company with one filed resource and a pending acquisition to a company with two filed resources and a cleared licence transfer.

Management says the next step, once the transaction closes, is planning toward an updated Initial Assessment, the S-K 1300 equivalent of a preliminary economic assessment.

Downstream, the Helguvik first right of refusal in Iceland remains the intended processing node.

Six Potential Catalysts Putting (Nasdaq: GRML) On Our Watchlist

#1. A First Indicated Resource After Fifteen Years Of Work. The Hybrid case reports 6.9 Mt indicated at 1.60% total rare earth oxide, and that classification gives GRML a filing-grade baseline Sarfartoq has never previously carried.

#2. The Principal License Condition Has Now Cleared. Greenland approved the indirect transfer of MEL 2020-32 on Friday, removing the regulatory question that had sat over the acquisition GRML agreed back in May.

#3. Two Filed Resources Inside Forty Days. Skaergaard was published on July 15th and Sarfartoq Monday morning, meaning GRML now carries independent S-K 1300 estimates across both of its Greenland assets.

#4. Post-Split Share Count Could Create The Potential For Volatility. Monday morning's 1-for-50 split leaves roughly 2.62Mn shares in its float, which places GRML in low-float territory where the potential for heightened volatility may be significant.

#5. Metallurgical Recoveries Are Already On The Record. SGS testing this year returned leach recoveries of 98% to 99% for neodymium, giving GRML flowsheet evidence rather than an untested assumption.

#6. Heavy Magnet Elements Sit Inside The Same Rock. Indicated grades include dysprosium and terbium oxide alongside the Nd-Pr, the four elements GRML management named as the ones Western manufacturers are shortest of.

In Closing

What changed this week is the quality of the paperwork.

A government approval, a capital structure reset and an independently prepared Indicated resource arrived in the span of a few days, against a backdrop in which China still holds 61% of mined rare earth supply and 91% of refining capacity.

Consider GRML on the radar as the transaction closes and the Initial Assessment planning begins.

This file is producing dated, checkable events at a pace few names its size can match.

Kai Parker
